Just realized we forgot to move this to these forums... Shocked

Anyway.

Government:
The government of the clan shall be a hybrid between one leader and an oligarchy. The leader shall have the final word in most matters, however important subjects, such as name changes, changes of leadership, adding someone to the Elites, and similar must be decided by a vote among at least 5 Elites (That is to say, Overseers, Deputies and the Leader).

General Clan Rules:
-The Clan comes first. Whatever you're doing, if it can wait and the clan needs you, then it waits.
First offense results in a warning.
Second offense results in one rank demotion.
Each offense after that results in one rank demotion.
Extreme cases will be dealt with by Elites.
-Be respectful. Don't bash people.
First offense results in a warning.
Second offense results in a one-rank demotion.
Third offense results in a kick.
-Don't make a scene. If you have a complaint, feel free to tell us. But come into the friends chat [Super-String] or [Roryrai] to do it.
All offenses: Warning
Extreme cases (Sindr0me Incident): To be dealt with by Elites.

Citadel:
-Wardens: Do not be a pig. If a 60% majority or more are trying to do something different and want the Avatar's help, you are obligated to help them.
Penalty: Removal of Warden status. Also can be at-risk for generally not doing your job. Note: You can evade "not doing your job" by seeing if another warden will do it.
-Skilling: You must contribute something to the Citadel each week. If you are online, you must contribute.
Recruit to Sergeant: 500 resources (honor system)
Lieutenant to General: 800 resources (2 warnings, then 1 rank demotion)
Admin to Coordinator: Cap (2 warnings, then 1 rank demotion)
Overseer+: Cap (honor system)
-Battlefield: Do not interfere with Combat Tests.
First offense: Warning
Second offense: Demotion by 1 rank
Third offense: Demotion by 2 ranks + 6-month block on promotions to you
Fourth offense: Kick

Events:
-You must participate in at least 1 event per month if at least 1 event is scheduled.
Penalty: Honor system (unless otherwise noted in Clan Jobs)

People:
-Kicking any person without just cause--kicking would be an extreme penalty--is absolutely forbidden, to any rank.
Just cause is determined by a vote of 5+ Elites after hearing both sides of the story (kicker and kicked.) If unjust, kicked is re-instated and kicker demoted to General. They may be re-ranked by Elites' approval of their future actions. If you feel you were kicked or de-ranked unjustly, talk to an Elite. If said Elite agrees, then there will be a trial as stated above.
-Please make sure recruits meet the requirements. (130+ combat)
-Do not promote people without Standard Ranking System or Just Cause. (Just Cause to be decided by Council of Elites if called into question)
Penalty: Demotion to general. Re-ranking by above means. The ranked person returns to their original rank with the explanation of being mistakenly ranked.
-Please, no raging/profanity/insults directed at other clan members. We have all made it into this clan, we all deserve each others' respect.
Penalty: Case-by-case basis by 2+ Elites.

-Penalty for direct disobedience of an Elite: 1 month demotion by 1 rank, then back up to normal rank. This can be appealed to other Elites and decided by a trial as above.

More Specific Clan Rules:

Part 1:  Clan Activities
1.1:  Citadel
Citadel Requirements:



  • Recruit through Sergeant:  None




  • Lieutenant through General:  1000 per week




  • Admin through Coordinator:  Cap each week




  • Key Ranks:  None





Penalty:  1 week warning (resets after meeting requirement), followed by a demotion for 1 week, made permanent if they miss it for the third time in a row.
No penalty for total inactivity (RuneScape as a whole).

1.2:  Battlefield Use



  • Do not modify the battlefield without Elite approval.  Penalty is a warning.




  • Do not interfere in combat tests.  Penalty is one warning (not resettable) followed by one demotion per offense.




  • Cheating in combat tests is strictly prohibited.  Penalty is 1 rank demotion plus 6 months of not being allowed to rank up.





Part 2:  Ranks
2.1:  General



  • Do not break the standard ranking system, unless with the approval of all active Elites.  Penalty is one warning, followed by one rank demotion, followed by demotion to General.




  • Also do not demote people without cause.  Penalty is one rank demotion per offense, kicked from clan on 3rd offense.




  • Respect the authority of your superiors (unless they are being unjust or breaking clan rules themselves).   Penalties:  If your superior is...





-Arrow Rank:  Warning
-Star Rank:  Warning x3 then 1 rank demotion (non-repeated)
-Diamond rank:  Warning, then 1 rank demotion (repeated once)
-Key rank:  Warning, then 1 rank demotion (fully repeatable)



  • Superiors, do not abuse your authority.  Penalties:  If your rank is...





-Arrow:  Warning
-Star:  Warning x2, 1 rank demotion (non-repeated)
-Diamond:  Warning x2, 1 rank demotion (2x repeated)
-Key:  Warning, then judgement by Elites

2.2:  Chain of Command/Rank Responsibilities



  • For Free Ranks:  If responsibilities are not met for 2+ weeks, demotion to former rank




  • For Standard Ranks:  If responsibilities are not met, warnings




  • For Elites:  Administrative inactivity may result in demotion (at the discretion of other Elites)
